Responsibilities for this role as a Production Inspector.
Determine conformance to quality requirements, drawing and specifications, in relation to workmanship, engineering change orders, samples/work instructions and test data.
End Item Inspection, including Test Inspection and Final Inspection

General Inspection Requirements
Test Criteria
Unassisted lifting of material up to 24lbs, for greater than 2-hours in a shift and less that 30 lifts/hour (1 lift every 2-minutes)
Will be sitting over 4 Hours.
Work closely with Planners, Supervisors, Work Flow Specialist, and Production Engineering groups, providing reports, Corrective Action requests and other support functions.

Qualifications
Basic
Qualifications:
2 years of soldering experience.
High School Diploma or GED.
Due to ITAR restrictions must be a US Citizen or a Lawful Permanent Resident.
Additional
Qualifications:
Perform inspection of component replacement and path
repair
on units, sub-assemblies.
Maintain proficiency of inspection of Solder through current Solder Re-Certification
classes
.
Trained to IPC A 610 Rev. D (or current Revision), QMS 5-09-002, and HPS1009.
Use of other QMS(s) as needed to ensure product inspected complies with all requirements prior to accepting the product.
Visual Inspection of product for cosmetic issues.
Visual reviews of Test Documents for require entries, stamps, dates and completeness.
Use of
computer
for AeroPDM, Electronic Work Instructions, Software to produce ship label, and maintain a Ship Log for reporting daily activity of the products.
Reporting Defects found in QDC database, as well as written notification on Quality Record.
Ability to work independently with little supervisor through setting priorities to meet daily commitments of the production/test area.
Basic Computer skills with Word and Excel.
