JOB DESCRIPTION
TVH Parts Co. is seeking a highly motivated, organized, self starter Collections Specialist to join our team. This position will report to the Collections Manager and be responsible for collections related to our International Customer base.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for follow-up, collection and monitoring of assigned accounts receivable for both English and Spanish speaking customers
Maintain client notes and agreements within the Company's system
Research, correct errors and process adjustments to customer accounts
Other duties as assigned
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Be a team player and work well with others
Work closely with our International Sales Department
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize

years of collection experience
Proficient in Spanish and English
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
