Sr. Training Specialist, AIG Global Claims Training

This role develops training strategies and initiatives for Personal Accident and PCG Line of Business that is highly complex, technical training. The candidate will analyze and determines training needs, administers plans, procedures, and programs to meet training needs and problems. Collaborates with Line of Business leads, Subject Matter Experts, and Shared Services. Responsible for the development, delivery, implementation and improvement of AIG Technical Training material for that line of business. This role will also be involved with technical direction on eLearning course development.
Delivery of training, Line of Business meetings (as needed), workshops as required internally to AIG and with external groups.
Responsible for reporting and analyzing training performance scorecards, stakeholder dashboards, and any ad-hoc reports and outputs as required to measure training delivered
