PROGRAM
-To develop an individual with little to none sales experience into an outside sales representative with a focus on territory management
-Spend time observing departments of SSI in order to learn products and customers
-Work as inside sales representative for several months to broaden product knowledge, and customer rapport
-Complete training programs on trip planning and objective based selling strategies
-Shadow senior territory managers on sales trips

RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS
-Plan and execute face to face visits with customers/prospects weekly
-Identify sales opportunities while on site and follow up with those while being assisted by a designated inside sales representative
-Document sales activity for follow up purposes
-Achieve sales growth goals using an objective based territory sales plan

QUALIFICATIONS
-College Degree
-Sales experience desired but not required
-Willing to travel 75% of the time on weekly basis
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to make public presentations
-Excellent problem solving ability
-Mature, detail minded and organized individual who can meet deadlines, and grow a sales territory

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
