BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible for maintaining and entering raw data into computer.
RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS
Identify part numbers and serial numbers for lift trucks, aerial lifts and sweeper/scrubbers
Maintain descriptions that are accurate and up to date and rename if necessary
Add identifiers to items that are vague or incomplete with more detail information
Assist in the continuing development of the company's informational data bases on parts related to the Material Handling and Powered Lift Industry
Use basic to advanced queries in Microsoft Access and other internal programs to manage data bases used when editing
Assist in the conversion of data from image to text
Assist in the scanning of physical information into digital format
Assist in OCR'ing digital images for searching
Assist in cataloging manuals for linking and searching
Must have intermediate to advance Excel experience.
Must have intermediate Microsoft Access experience.
To be eligible for a posted position, you must meet the minimum hiring specifications for the position, be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation, be an employee in good standing in terms of your overall work records and generally have been in your current position for a minimum of six months.
