BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible for maintaining and entering raw data into computer.
RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS
Identify part numbers with model and serial number
Identify fast moving items
Rename items with common description
Add identifiers such as serial number ranges and engine make
Maintain descriptions that are accurate and up to date
Add identifiers to descriptions that are vague and incomplete
Well organized and able to multi-task
Ability to type 30 wpm
Use advanced queries into Microsoft Access and other internal programs
Manage data bases that will be used for editing
Mechanical aptitude/knowledge
Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office)
To be eligible for a posted position, you must meet the minimum hiring specifications for the position, be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation, be an employee in good standing in terms of your overall work records and generally have been in your current position for a minimum of six months.
