Customer Service RepresentativeOur client has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative.
This position is responsible for providing top notch service to clients and facilitating their needs.
Build relationships with customers and members over the phoneAnswer account questions, resolve online problems, provide account informationGenerate client lettersSubmit requests to vendors on behalf of customersTrack account changes and transfersEnter customer information into CRM databaseMaintain customer information database for accuracy and timelinessRespond to customer inquiries in accordance with company standardsMake changes and additions to customer accounts including mailing address and contact informationCorrespond with customer via phone and email to verify orders and account information 2 years previous customer serviceGood Microsoft Office Computer skills and knowledgeStrong data entry and typing skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong customer service skills and follow up skillsAbout Morgan HunterSince 1986, Morgan Hunter has served Kansas City-area employers to help them meet a range of hiring needs, from temporary staffing to direct-hire placements.
