beef, pork, ribs and chicken.
Duties /Responsibilities 6 a.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday's required $17.
00-$20.
00 per hour Trims and removes bones from pork shoulders.
Trims pork ribs.
Masters smokehouse skills to properly cook all food items within established time standards.
Follows all standardized recipes.
Follows all company and Kansas Health Department food safety standards and practices.
Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by cleaning work stations, equipment, and utensils.
Ability to analyze, calculate, and write productions levels and pars.
Checks smokers for proper settings, functionality, and temperatures.
Keeps equipment operating in top shape by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and informing management of needed repairs.
Masters and executes all opening, mid-day, and closing duties.
Exceeds quality standards and provides superior food products and services.
Removing garbage and recycling.
Perform other duties as assigned.
