S/he will be responsible for processing, cooking, packaging, and quality control of all cooked items including, but not limited to beef, pork, ribs, and chicken.

00 per hour Follows all standardized recipes.
Follows all company and USDA food safety standards and practices.
Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by cleaning workstations, equipment, and utensils.
Learns to operate all RTE (ready to eat) processing and packaging equipment.
Keeps equipment operating in top shape by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and informing management of needed repairs.
Masters and executes all opening, mid-day, and closing duties.
Exceeds quality standards and provides superior food products and services.
Removing garbage and recycling.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Opportunities for those with CDL experience.
