Direct Support Professionals (DSP) assist individuals in building skills and actively participating in the community.
This position works M-F in Olathe, 8am-4pm.
Share your interests and abilities to positively impact the lives of others; an interest in art is a bonus, but not required.
A small team provides flexibility and connection; daytime/weekday hours allow our team members to have plenty of time to recharge.
We work with people who have a wide range of interests and talents, so there is always something new or interesting to do or try.

DAILY ACTIVITIES Staff will assist individuals by supporting their activities of daily living.
This may include assistance with preparing lunches, assisting with mobility, providing support in the bathroom, administering medication and other activities as needed.
Our team members drive their own vehicles to and from program activities and are reimbursed for mileage.
We support individuals in their social interactions.
Some people need guidance through behavioral challenges.
While team cooperation is a must for this role, our staff work with a fair amount of autonomy each day and need to be comfortable in providing support to a small group of individuals on their own.
QUALIFICATIONS Must have HS Diploma/GED, insured vehicle and be able to pass needed screenings, background checks & trainings.
