Job Requirements A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in human resources management, industrial relations, public administration, or a closely related field and 10 years of increasingly responsible human resources experience, including three years of administrative and supervisory responsibility, is required.
A master's degree with major coursework in human resources management and IPMA-HR, HRCI, SHRM, or similar certification is preferred.
