Johnson County's Justice Information Management Department is currently recruiting for a LAN Analyst I position.
This position will remain open until filled.
Performs basic Local Area Network (LAN) administration support; including active directory administration and security.
Serves as a technical resource for users for basic LAN systems; resolves routine questions and problems; refers more complex issues to higher levels.
Assists with the installation and testing of LAN systems at user sites which would include server hardware and software installation.
Reviews new technology/upgrades and provides feedback or recommendations.
Performs standardized repair or corrective procedures for network systems.
Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent and one year of relevant experience in the information technology field are required.
Associate's degree in the following field(s) of study; Information Technology or related field is preferred.
Experience can substitute for education.
Education can substitute for experience.
Johnson County Government requires reference/background screening for all positions.
Specified criteria may vary by Department/Agency.
Physical, Environmental, and Special Working Conditions:
All County employees may be called upon to assist other departments/agencies in a declared emergency situation.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
