KVC Health Systems is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist who will be responsible for the accurate and timely payment of the company's invoices.
The Accounts Payable Specialist will:
receive and verify invoices and check requests prepare invoices for data entry by sorting and assigning by account code input and upload invoices into the system prepare and issue accurate and timely payments print accounts receivable reports and maintain accounts payable files professional and courteous correspondence with internal and external customers by responding in a timely manner KVC provides a competitive compensation and benefit package including medical, dental, vision and life insurance plans; nine paid holidays with additional paid time off; 403(b) employee contribution retirement plan and profit-sharing plan.
Qualifications:
One-year certificate from college or technical program is required 1-3 years' of accounts payable experience Experience with high-volume, fast paced environment is a plus! Understanding or previous use of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is preferred
