2 Year / Associate Degree 5 years nursing experience Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree BSN Preferred 3 - 5 Years Experience in area of clinical practice Minimum 1 - 3 Years Management experience Preferred Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in accordance with the Kansas Nurse Licensure Compact Minimum Upon Hire Healthcare Provider CPR - (American Heart Association or American Red Cross ONLY) Minimum Upon Hire Key
Responsibilities:
Manages resources and personnel to stay within budget.
Provides detailed analysis of budget status as required.
Provides and implements cost-savings ideas and works closely with staff and physicians to implement cost-savings initiatives.
Assures time sheets completed accurately and timely.
Reviews, revises, and develops policies to meet standards and requirements.
Communicates policy and practice changes, revisions, regulatory standards, balanced score card data, etc.
to staff and physicians.
Coordinates in-services and staff educational opportunities.
Conducts interviews in a professional and effective manner.
Knowledgeable of and implements the disciplinary process as needed and in a fair and consistent manner.
Demonstrates effective problem resolution skills and assists staff with same.
Knowledgeable of and demonstrates compliance with Corporate Compliance and Risk Management policies and practices.
Conducts annual staff evaluations in conjunction with Director.
Demonstrates knowledge of departmental information by:
regularly attending staff meetings, reading email information, attending departmental in-service offerings, reading communication books, reviewing available literature and resource material.
Able to respond to emergent situations in an effective manner and willing to cross-train to other areas / departments.
Demonstrates appropriate and effective conflict resolution skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
