We are a 3 doctor clinic focusing on offering the highest quality of care to our clients and their pets in a clean, modern and spacious facility.

In this position, you will use your skills to help drive the flow of patients through the hospital, ensure proper communication between team members and clients, and perform an assortment of other administrative tasks to aid in the overall functionality of the business.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and positive attitude Schedule appointments Follow standard procedures for intake and processing to hospital, doggie day care, boarding and grooming Clean exam rooms after each visit Maintain an above average clean and orderly front desk and lobby, including updates to product displays, refilling the refreshments station, and stocking of the restroom.
Placing prescription food orders weekly, as well as keeping inventory counts on prescription, non prescription pet food, and other retail items Ensuring all pet's belongings are properly labeled and returned to owner after a pets boarding stay or day in day care Receive and relay telephone, fax and email correspondence accurately and promptly Respond to client communication in a professional manner Record all details discussed with clients including date, time, key points of discussion and any other required information.
Verify client records for accurate address, phone number, and email each visit Display tact and confidence while showing respect to clients and team members, even during busy or stressful times Receive and process payments, as well as provide some financial breakdown to clients as needed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Prior experience in Veterinary Field (preferred) 2 years of Customer Service required Proficient with technology such as computers, iPads and multi line phone systems Ability to endure emotional situations, unpleasant smells, and loud noises Excellent time management and a strong work ethic Ability to pay attention to things in extreme detail Job Type:
