Responsibilities of the Mortgage Sales Associate:
Work with our top mortgage loan consultants and pre-qualify homeowners for Loans/ Refinancing Perform a heavy volume of inbound phone duties, including contacting and transferring clients to appropriate parties.
Hit daily quotas for both personal and team Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan application Assist customers in the loan application process, providing information and guidance on loan options Evaluate loan applications and determine eligibility based on creditworthiness We work together each day to create an inclusive workplace culture where all of our employees feel respected, and valued and have an opportunity to contribute to the company's success! Self motivated- Goal oriented and love surpassing goals that result in financial success Personable- Friendly, outgoing and energetic personalities Passionate- Eager to learn about the sales and the mortgage industry and provide our clients the best customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Start date- February 1st Job Type:
