We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to help drive our club memberships and promote the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
As the face of Genesis Health Clubs, you will play a key role in attracting new members and retaining existing ones, contributing directly to the success and growth of our club.
Key
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to increase club membership.
Conduct tours of the facility for prospective members, highlighting the features and benefits of our club.
Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential members.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional events and membership campaigns.
Address and resolve member queries and concerns in a professional manner.
Keep up-to-date with current fitness industry trends and club offerings.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or retail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for fitness and wellness.
High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.
