Order / maintain office, showroom, and bathroom supplies.
Filter incoming calls and manage the voicemail system.
Order company apparel orders.
Vehicle maintenance tracking.
Manage subcontractor insurance and contact information.
Project Related Tasks Send new clients software invites & welcome emails.
Apply for project permits and file necessary documents and inspections throughout the project.
Assist project manager with managing utility services requests.
Request / order / maintain tracking of any materials needed for each project.
Attend Client and Staff meetings.
Assist project manager with the selections processes.
Assist with monthly budget reviews.
Personal Attributes Proficient in Google and/or Microsoft Office software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong organizational skills.
Detail oriented with a focus on delivering high quality results.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
