2338 The Marketing & Communications Director is a key partner to Camber Children's Mental Health, a subsidiary of KVC Health Systems.
Camber provides inpatient and residential mental health treatment to help youth overcome depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, the impacts of trauma, and other mental health challenges so they can live happier, healthier and more resilient lives.
The Marketing & Communications Director drives business objectives, such as brand awareness, lead generation, and financial growth, through strategic marketing and communication plans.
This role is part of the business leadership team, overseeing the marketing budget and ensuring alignment with the broader KVC Health Systems Marketing & Communications team.
The Marketing & Communications Director will play a pivotal role in the opening and ongoing operations of a new joint venture mental health hospital between KVC Health Systems and Children's Mercy, opening in Olathe in October 2024.
Schedule:
Hybrid with a very flexible schedule.
Travel up to 25% to engage with leaders across Camber's hospital locations.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or another field Licensure/Certification:
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Experience:
3-5 years experience in marketing and content creation Preferred Experience/Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills; consulting or customer service background.
Effective written and verbal communication, including public speaking.
Strategic planner adept at managing plans and budgets.
Creative problem-solver with adaptability.
Analytical thinker, leveraging data for decision-making.
Organized project manager with attention to detail.
Proficient in email marketing software for lead generation.
Cultivate relationships with business partners, providing regular performance updates and metrics Serve as a trusted advisor on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and financial growth Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals Manage a diverse content calendar to engage target audiences across multiple platforms Drive lead generation through effective calls to action and landing pages Implement and manage email marketing campaigns to grow subscriber lists Oversee the creation of various marketing materials, including print collateral and digital content Identify and address gaps in the marketing funnel to optimize performance Manage multiple projects with varying needs, deadlines, and stakeholders Become a subject matter expert in relevant fields such as mental health treatment and child welfare Provide guidance on media relations, advertising, and marketing budget allocation Offer creative support for employee recruitment and other key initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr Recommended Skills Adaptability Analytical Attention To Detail Brand Awareness Business Planning Child Protection Apply to this job.
