1Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)2A caring & loving personality and demeanor3The ability to work your scheduled shift4The ability to read, write & speak EnglishAs a certified nursing assistant (CNA) you are responsible for providing exceptional nursing care in accordance with our policies and proceduresYou will have all of the training, support, tools & equipment you need to provide the highest degree of quality careOur team of nursing care professionals & mentors will be by your side every day, including a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing and Administrator.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1Enhancing the vibrancy and quality of life of our residents2Helping residents throughout the day with their activities of daily living (ADLs), which are:
eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting & hygiene support3Promptly responding to resident call lights4Preparing residents for therapy sessions, activities and appointments5Following infection control procedures6Documenting and charting your care for each resident7Protecting residents' rights8Adhering to our policies and standardsCome work somewhere awesome!
