Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join the team as a Full-Time Night Renal / Neuro RN for night shiftsThis position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where you will provide specialized care to patients with renal and neurological conditions.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with renal and neurological conditions.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate nursing interventions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in renal or neurological nursing.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
BLS and ACLS certification required.
