We are hiring a Logistics Load Coordinator in our Logistics Department at our corporate facility in Olathe, KS. Our ideal candidate would be a self-starter with a keen attention for detail, work well in a fast paced environment and possess excellent ability to achieve results.
Job duties include:
Posting loads and contacting carriers to negotiate rates.
Dispatching carriers on loads within FMCSA guidelines.
Communicating with internal departments regarding loads.
Resolving customer and carrier issues.
Completing service failure processes.
Maintaining gross margin goals to ensure profitability.
This job requires:
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivation
Attention to detail
Computer knowledge
Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced setting
This position is a full-time position working Monday-Friday daytime hours. Transportation experience not required.
