QA Technician I

A hands-on position responsible for processing daily nonconformance products, noting all discrepancies in QA database. Sort N/C returns from DC's. Assist and analyze customer complaints and claims through CRM.

Process daily nonconformance from Kansas warehouse. Perform detailed evaluation of product and document accordingly
Fields customer initiated claims concerning product quality in general. Evaluates product to verify nonconformance
Process daily defective returns from other DC's. Suggest final disposition of product
Follows up on rejected defective returns through CRM with sales. Give detailed reasons, photos and options for return to customer.
Must possess some mechanical knowledge of fork truck or automobile workings
Must have excellent computer skills with A+ system, Word, and Excel
Good understanding of part fit and function on our products
Requires customer service experience.
Must be able to work well with others.
Self-starter with excellent communication skills needed.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
