Large Health System looking for a Kronos Systems Analyst.
The Administrative Systems Analyst supports multiple applications and their respective
customers. He/She works with the Client's departments and ITS Managers and staff to
support a full suite of primary applications and related peripheral applications including
department-centric software and technological solutions to meet the goals of the
organization. He/She identifies and analyzes user requirements and recommends
appropriate applications and/or modifications. This calls for developing an in-depth
knowledge and understanding of the application set, working with the user community to
define their needs, and designing and delivering application solutions to meet those
needs and improve the operational and financial positions of the Health System.
The Administrative Systems Analyst is the primary contact for various systems and
processes across the organization, including but not limited to patient registration,
patient scheduling, eligibility, timekeeping, staff scheduling, enterprise resource planning
(ERP), financials, and payroll. He/She enhances systems and processes for both our
acute and physician customer base, and serves as the application expert and primary
support contact. The Administrative Systems Analyst will have a key role in Change
Analysis, Incident Analysis, and Problem Analysis; reporting to the respective
Committees.
