Customer Service Representative
We have a 12 month contract position for a Customer Service Representative.
The salary is $10.20/hour.
Skills Required:
The ideal candidate will be able to manage workload of placing, receiving, and returning calls to customers, agents, and body shops.
Prefer those who have recent customer service experience or consistent work in customer service.
Customer service in a phone facing role, call queue experience a plus.
The applicant must be able to multi-task between claim applications, address and review incoming documents, and assist customers and body shops through our process.
Job Description:
Responsible for obtaining the estimate and photos.
Responsible for reviewing incoming title work on total loss claims.
They must determine if the paperwork is signed correctly, by the owner's of the vehicle and that the paperwork is for the correct state.
They must be able to multi-task between multiple applications and incoming phone calls.
They must accurately document claim files with the outcome of their title work review.
Attention to detail and efficiency are critical to the operations of the business.
