The Leslie Company is a national manufacturer of Loose-Leaf Binders, Index Tabs, Digital Text Printing and Presentation Folders. We have been located in the Olathe area since 1977. Duties:
Provides product quotations and samples to distributors.
Writes up, tracks and follows through on all custom orders.
Tracks customer's orders through production and communicates any issues/changes to management and customers.
Services the customer by solving problems, gathering/transmitting information and delivering the highest quality product.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting/explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Requirements:
Graphic Arts or Printing customer service/sales experience preferred.
College Degree.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills.
Proven self-discipline and self-motivation.
Team Oriented and willingness to learn.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
