Workforce Management Analyst
We have an immediate opening for a Workforce Management Analyst.
This is a 12 month contract position.
The rate is $12/hour.
This is an OVERNIGHT POSITION.
Job Description:
o This person will spend 4 weeks working a varying rotation where they will need to be present during the day/evening hours. After this 4 week training program is over, we will reassess skills and will be moving them to a shift that covers overnight hours.
o Analyzes trends within assigned operations, including call volumes, call patterns, staff productivity, and resource allocation.
o Uses analysis results to forecast call arrival and build staffing and scheduling plans to meet business unit goals and corporate objectives.
Skills Required:
o Must have minimum High School level education
o Able to work overnight with a 12 AM to 8:45 AM shift 5 days a week that includes weekends
